Friendship…

Happens in the strangest of times
In an elevator, in a parking lot
In a bus, while walking or in flight
As a student or as a teacher

Friends may come and go
To make you live life a little better
Think a little deeper with care
Value these gifts strewn in your life.

Friends make you see your worth
Because they want you as you.
Not an imagined version of you
So be you as you are in friendship.

Find time for a good friend
Whenever you both sense and feel it
Turn not your back on them
Know, friends are coming your way

Embody the light of friendships
Savour the joy and nurture friends Time and time again

What face do you want to choose?

In the journey of life, love appears, it shows many faces…

Love is matter of perspective.
It can pick the color of one’s mood.

It can make us generous.
It can make us selfless.
It can make us strong.
It can protect.
It can bind us
It can make us happy & can bring us bliss and blessings.
It can do magic and wonders.
It can make us feel light.

Another face of love

It can be possessive.
It can make us jealous.
It can make us angry.
It can make us weak
It can hide the loved one’s faults.
It can blind us
It can make us vengeful.
The extreme negative expression of love is hatred.

Choosing it positive or the other way is in our hands.
Which face do you want to choose ?

Divine love can make you see light.
Embodying this light, keep the journey on.
The path will be illuminated.
The journey will be a blessing.

Songs of the soul

Words flow, as if they are meant to
Everything that is has a reason why
How they come be and for what
Is also it’s own doing in time.

In bits and pieces in the moments
In a downpour like in a storm
As a spark to ignite hope in the dark
To shed light on the invisible.

Words that flow through you
Arrive in the sensing in clarity
And at times vague from nowhere
In verses, prose or lyrics

In a particular pattern
That seems to self arrange
For only those who it matters
Perhaps afor it to be seen and heard

Words live on in their hearts
As songs of their soul
It makes sense to those who care
To read it in their own way…

Heal as you write

Poetry is a brilliant trickster
As much a true friend
For it masks the truth cleverly in words
As much as it heals away in the expressions.

In the letting go of dense emotions
Is the channeling towards balance
To the lightness of being
Where there is space created
In between thoughts and actions
For more cathartic connections.

Poetry revives the spirit of the soul
Through soulful words that flow
Out of nowhere explicable
For it has a purpose of its own
In trust know, that it finds itself
The path its meant to be.

Read as you please

Read as you please…
For I choose to let it go.

What I wrote yesterday
And what I write today
Depends on what inspired
Between the then and now.

Often as a writer
If I take a stand
And my words
Are strong enough
To impact another
In more ways than one…

Simply know I write
With all my heart and soul
And trust myself, to let it go
To make space in me
For more to explore and discover.

As any poet will,
I witness and listen
To each moment
As it plays out
And I sense and feel
When I think and write…

Choose not to see me
In these words,
What I will write about next
Is mystery to me too…
For as any creative artist
I may choose to make words dance
For me and for you..

Different dances
For different days
Some light and breezy
Some deep and intense.

Sometimes words emerge
Out of nowhere
To self arrange themselves
All I do is follow the flow…

Sometimes these words strike
A chord deep in you and me
And that is where the words
Find their purpose to be.

Words are mere words
Feelings make all the difference
And feelings differ day to day…
So read my words, as you please
For I choose to let it go.
