The breath of life From the moment of birth Life begets the breath of air An ignition to life and living in this world No matter what form or species And its the breath that is left, behind that signifies the exit.
How important is this breath, that we all take for granted Gratitude and thankfulness to this driving force of life. To nature for the air we breathe. How important is this breath, for in the way of the breath lies the way of our health. For in the depth of breathing we can integrate our body mind and spirit We can sense the synergy of being We can awaken our true potential. We can become aware of the infinite potential. For all the truth of life, is in the inhale and exhale.

Recognise the little things That make you happy As a daily practice Acknowledge people Who surround you. Appreciate the little things. For happiness resides In the little things.

There is great wisdom in these two ways to live life lovingly. Both are pathways in the ebb and flow of life.
To see from nothingness Is to see possibilities ahead. To keep hope alive in your heart. Cultivate faith in patience and trust.
To sense gratitude even when you have everything, Is to know that there is much more than what is visible. You are a tiny speck of the magnificent whole. And no life is less or more important. And that every life plays a significant part.
In awareness there is heartfelt thankfulness in contentment for everything you already have.
As you cultivate these habits every day becomes incrementally better. Or perhaps you begin to understand gradually, the power of managing change rests within you. Stay patient Trust yourself. In thankfulness See the light You actually are.
Great leaders know… It’s about listening, observing identifying and then empowering & developing middle managers to be great leaders of tommorow.
It’s about rewarding people for the right reasons. And understanding what gets people to work together.
And then creating and sustainable atmosphere for them to work well together.
It’s about finding time to understand the context of what is. And being able to not only envision the big picture but also project it with authenticity and powerfully so.
For in the many small moments of the day there appears many random tests for a leader.
Leadership is not about making everyone like each other. But about making them understand that it takes all of them to be a consistent and collaborative team players.
And most of all getting every one knowing why they are there and clarifying in simple words what the organization is trying to do.
There is a beautiful saying that goes…’ It’s not about having a team of stars But about having a star team’

The gift of life!
It’s ours to take care.
We have another gift in and around us.
It’s in which we are.
The gift of this world!
It’s a gift we have for a while with us.
So that we can pass it on, to our children.
Let’s value the gifts we have.
Let’s remember to sense its preciousness.
Let’s never take it for granted.
Ever Grateful for a powerful caption that once caught my eye
“Don’t bite more than you can chew….”
Denotes the wisdom of moderation in life and living. To know a cut off point Is to know where to draw the line between exhaustion and excitement.
Simply taking on more work or responsibility or trying to multitasking beyond your abilities and capacities is self defeating. So only commit to what you truly can deliver . Not less not more. So grateful to have read this many years ago and consistently practice this learning. Happy to share this piece of advice that is my mindful reminder before taking on more.
Power is of two kinds. One is obtained by the fear of punishment and the other by acts of love. Power based on love is a thousand times more effective and permanent then the one derived from fear of punishment. Mahatma Gandhi
LARGEST TREE IN THE WORLD
Location : Giant Forest of Sequoia National Park in Tulare County, California, USA.
The General Sherman Tree is the world’s largest tree, measured by volume. It stands 275 feet (83 m) tall, and is over 36 feet (11 m) in diameter at the base. Sequoia trunks remain wide high up. Sixty feet above the base, the Sherman Tree is 17.5 feet (5.3 m) in diameter.
Was wondering of the lifetime experiences that this tree must have been through.
Of how many seasons it must have seen
Of how it must have survived through the storms
As well as enjoyed the beauty of springtines
Of the countless lives it must have generously sheltered
Did I offer peace today? Did I bring a smile to someone’s face? Did I say words of healing? Did I let go of my anger and resentment? Did I forgive? Did I love? These are the real questions. I must trust that the little bit of love that I sow now will bear many fruits, here in this world and the life to come. Henri Nouwen
Came across these words which can serve as a great reminder.
Good thoughts makes way for a good day… Think well.
I think if you exercise, your state of mind – my state of mind – is usually more at ease, ready for more mental challenges. Once I get the physical stuff out of the way it always seems like I have more calmness and better self-esteem.Stone Gossard
Well said and true for it only shows how much our mind and body is integrated.
