In reality Giving from all of you Is much easier done than said For all you need is to be you Giving with all your heart Making it a regular practice Sensing true freedom in spirit Aligning you with the Universe A little more in every deed.
There are always special moments in every one’s life Making life meaningful and memorable Often it’s pure serendipity… When your memory jogs you to remember such a moment.
What makes the memory strong? What you are associating it with, That is what makes the memory stronger.
Next time pay attention to whatever you want to remember. What emotions and feelings can you associate with it? As your visualisation gets stronger Your memory gets better and will fade lesser in time.
Now remember to visualise with vibrance. Choose as you please, Scents & fragrances of places Nature & friendships Colours of Emotions In all its vividity &feelings.
Soon you will build on all the happy times. Keep adding your treasure chest of memorable moments.
The sun is shining… And yet the weather is so cool & nice. A gentle breeze is blowing every now & then, it’s so very refreshing!
As I was finishing my yoga practice with some balancing exercises… Standing with one foot on my mat and staring straight ahead, I spotted it.
The dance of this single dew drop balancing precariously on the branch of my lemon tree. Swaying in the wind. I kept witnessing it’s beauty & while I winded my practice, it kept me rooted in rapture. I just had to capture it for eternity…😊 As the dew drop danced with gravity and the wind. I hoped it would still be right there when I went to get my phone.
I fiddled around to adjust my camera hoping to catch its glory sooner than later… 💙

Witnessing the evolving patterns and freeing the self from limitations of the mind.
Evolving in the learnings, valuing the connection built in time. A mindful & heartful practice in conscious awareness. Letting go of unnecessary things Understanding the value Of the gift of life Making life meaningful. Living life lovingly!

Every day I write It’s been so for more than six years now I don’t plan on what to write I just put the words as they come But somehow from somewhere From deep within they flow Through me… And then one look at what I wrote I get the title immediately Many times the title comes first And I begin to write

What makes a job well done ? What makes excellence a standard? What makes one stand out a cut above the rest ? What is aesthetics after all? What differentiates the good better and the best?
All is a matter of approach in every field of life. A shift in the perspectives brings home the amazing solutions. An approach that is creatively expansive than confounding, opens a box of possibilities .
We are all equipped to reach out into our own creative potential by just empowering ourselves with techniques of approaching a situation at hand.
Every one of us is endowed with the potential to develop our artistic abilities and approach with a creative eye.
It’s a matter of putting the principles into practise and taking that giant leap of faith.
