Reflections on Space

Thoughts on Space

Space is, what I make of it.


Space allows and restrains you all at the same time
In this and every now, space is filled with infinite possibilities.
Abundance and scarcity of potential is the truth in coexistence, shifting as you perceive space.
Space is a dynamic in the fluidity.


Space is what you make of it.


As what you sense in space, stays in space

So what happens in space stays in space.

Space is filled with wonder.
An expansive phenomena.


Feeling of space for you and I is deeply different.


Is there a divide at all between the physics and metaphysical space or is it actually interweaved & deeply interconnected.


Just a question of how open we are to understanding Space & the possibilities in its potential…
Its all in around and beyond there.

Move through space

Meet it with grace

Turn inward

Hear the truths echo

In peaceful silence

Forgive in gratefulness

Sense your expression

Tĺhink calmly

Being more available

To your own self

Process your emotions

Clearing residues left in time .

To respond than react

In life & living.

As the seasons change

Stillness comes from movement

Movements birth in stillness.

Silence is pregnant with sound

Sound leaves silence space less.

Fear scares the living daylights out.
But the day overcomes the darkest night.

Tears drown in the smiles
As laughter dries the tears.

Joy fills the heart with happiness
Relieving the hollow of sorrow.

And just like the seasons
Every season has a reason to be

For life is all about change.
And change is the only constant.

Being human

Our  own struggles seem the most difficult. Our journey of life may seem unique to us.And yet if we bring to awareness  that this imagined spectrum of universe is a dot in the multitude of multiverses yet unknown, we realise our so called egoes are but a tool for motivating our life to keep us exploring the possibilities in our lifetime. 

But instead of seeing the bigger picture we see ourselves as mammoth beings & as if only our life and our journey is important. 

How far away from the truth we are?

If we only keep seeing our circle  of life is but a spec in the cosmic  ocean we will realize our truths as  humans and learn to be in touch with our humanity.

Thankful for Dance

To dance is to move with all of you.

To dance is to have hope in the living.

To dance is to feel the spirit of life in the movement.

To dance is to know the value of time.

To dance is to feel the rhythm in the beat.

To dance is to sense the subtlety of life.

To dance is to acknowledge the life in every moment.

I share a capture of one of the International Dance Research Congress, that I was honoured to have attended in Athens.

Today is celebrated as the International Day of Dance…

Yet everyday I am thankful… and deeply grateful to the art of dance in bringing positive difference to my life.

Thankful to dance in my life, & all the wonderful people I have been priveleged to meet, connect, learn & share my passion for dance… 🙏✨

Seeding Wisdom

The seed bears wisdom untold

From humble beginnings

Emerges immense possibilities

What seems a non starter

Can be a gamechanger.

And yet…

Growth has many phases

In the course of its life

Through the ups & downs

The chaos gives way to clarity

From the immature to maturity

The tree stands tall

Embracing the changes .

The seed to a tree

Teaches the wisdom of patience,

As it bears fruits in time.

Can I hold my own hand

And close my eyes for a while

And listen to my beating heart

As I still myself and pause.

There is so much to listen in

Body spirit and mind speaks

As it all begins to make sense.

Heart emotes the feelings 

Brain thinks the words out

Hopefully logical

Emotionally rational

All it wants  is a listening  ear

To understand empathicaly

Sensing the  harmony

To heal the self 

Aligning energy in synchrony.

Every move has  a reaction

In the cause  and effect world

Forms shifting shapes

Can set off a symphony in response

Twisted or helical structure

In a Self arranging universe 

Reflecting retracting

Rotating revolving

Tuning  itself in time

Blending in the balancing

Altered by sensitivity in subtlety

Interplay of Intelligence

Telling phenomenonal stories

Holding immense possibilities

In its infinite potential

Awaiting mindful application

In the journey of awakenings .
