In the dance of oneness
Between stillness and movement.
Truth emerges in realization
Of the illusions of the mind
Of human attribution
Of human reconciliation.
In this dance of truths
That every thing exists
As we see it & beyond what we see.

The sweet memories from the past

As you find your self
Visiting your thoughts
Sense the smile it brings to you.
And at other times your memory
Can make you melancholic
In thoughts of dreams unfulfilled
Perhaps circumstances alter life.
Attribute it to life
Change is the only constant
Trust life to deliver well
Acknowledge & accept the new,
Find the delightful in it.
Free your mind, sense gratitude
Let go preconceived notions
Find joy that is awaiting you.

The learning is beginning
In the teaching & watching
The learning is supported
In the coaching & mentoring
But the learning actually happens
In the involving & engaging.
And the learning is reinforced
In its applications and sharing.
Learning is a dance
Of the heart & mind
But when the spirit & soul
Connect in the learning
The purpose finds its path…
