The Sun emits rays, And it feels they are sent to Earth, But they remain part of the source.
A drop of the ocean Becomes rain, And merges back Into the ocean.
All shapes and forms Multiply and diminish, As part of the same source.
Every energy is as it is… Emerging and merging, In time and patience.
You and I are not different… We are part Of the same source.
All that is, Is one with the source.
In knowing that you and I Are part of this source, We enact the purpose Of our being in faith & trust…
Emerging and merging, Living life lovingly.

“If we are all beautifully interwoven with the same cosmic source, how can we step out into the world today and consciously choose to live life lovingly?
I believe every life has an inherent uniqueness that makes us who and how we are it is the very essence that allows us to be all that we are. Likewise, every single one of us possesses a unique sense of movement.
Just as how we treat another reflects who we are, the way we choose to dance with another too often reflects who we are. Dance is not merely a physical exercise; it is a mirror to our inner self.
As a dance teacher who has taught many styles, I have seen a beautiful truth time and again. When a person is learning to dance with the music and moves that resonate with their being, they feel completely at one with it. Even if they may not master the exact technique or choreography, they are still experiencing the joy of the expression. It is as if every cell of their being becomes alive in those moments.
Yet, not all are able to know or decipher what is their kind of dance style, or what form suits them the most. Often, I have been coaching my students in choosing their suitable dance styles, helping them look inward to decode their own unique movement personality. It certainly has been an absolute joy to watch them learn to dance what they love the most.
To find your own way, it helps to first look at how you relate to the world around you. Think about your answers to these reflections:
What kind of a dancer are you?
Do you like dancing alone?
Do you prefer dancing socially on a moment’s notice?
Or do you freeze when in front of a crowd but love to dance when you are on your own?
Do you fancy yourself to be a performer on stage, a cynosure of all eyes?
Or do you love dancing because it makes you feel better inside out?
Do you crave attention and recognition from your audience?
Do you prefer to dance in a group setting?
Or are you just a dancing soul who waltzes with life?
Your natural comfort zone in life often points directly to your natural comfort zone in movement. There is no right or wrong answer here. A performer craving the stage and a solitary mover dancing in their living room are both experiencing the exact same truth of human expression.
If you are a beginner and are wondering what dance form would suit you best, here are three practical questions that might be helpful to answer for yourself.
1. What dance style do you enjoy watching?
Often, what fascinates your eyes is what your body secretly longs to try. Look at the styles you gravitate toward as a viewer.
2. What kind of music do you enjoy most?
Your favorite genre dictates your natural internal tempo. The music you naturally play at home or listen to when you relax will tell you what rhythm your body wants to follow.
3. What is your level of fitness?
Choose a style that honors and respects where your body is today, whether you want an energetic workout or a mindful, grounding practice that lets you build strength at your own pace.
Whatever is your way, keep dancing with all of you. The way you want to!
Quick fixes are only a band aid.Temporary ways are not the answer. It is about creating a simple routine that is consistent.
Zoom beyond small niggles. See the bigger picture to understand the truths of reality.Distil it all for a take away.
You are not the problem.
Care for yourself. You can build yourself. Be kind to yourself. Overdoing anything overwhelms. Choose consistency over intensity.
Change your life for the better by doing something good for yourself .Through small changes that change your relationship with who you are.

In reflection…
Real growth isn’t a battle to be won through self-punishment. It is a relationship to be nurtured through self-kindness. In shifting how you relate to yourself through small, daily, consistent choices, perspectives change.
Life transforms from inside out.
Dear Reader,
When things feel out of balance, what is that one quick fix you find yourself reaching for?
From the standpoint of physics, a ripple doesn’t actually move the water forward, it moves the energy through the water…
Likewise our creative and spiritual practices are simply conductors for channeling deeper universal energy.
This perspective shift acknowledges that timing and alignment are natural laws and not coincidences thereby discards the unnecessary anxieties in trying to force outcomes…
After all we are both the drop of water and the ocean itself.
So if every thought word and deed creates ripples in the vast ocean of your life, what is the nature of the wave you are setting in motion right now?
We are binded in fears, insecurity, and the illusions of separation
We are bound by dependence, both of heartfelt emotions and in the quest of our own ego for personal identity.
And we are also bound by our own mind, its so-called intellect, and the illusions that see the self as separate from others.
To understand the truth of oneness…
Life is experienced and with every challenge along the way we peel the layers of our rigid self, our ignorance, piercing these very illusions & misunderstandings to open us to the abundance of our infinite possibilities.
And so it goes until we realise life & the truth of oneness in all its profoundness of simplicity.
In raising awareness from the root to the tip, the blockages are opened and pure waves of energy reach the floodgates of consciousness only to spring forth the shower of divine bliss & abundance.

Growing up, the regular recitation of ancient scriptures filled my home, sparking a lifelong curiosity to understand more.
This is my humble perspective in the exploration of the’ Lila’ of the vast ocean of ‘Lalitha Sahasranamam and its depths of transformative power’
Infinite is the power of this master science, its recitation invoking the energy of sounds, and its truths of recalibration and resetting life in sincere faith.
In time as a somatic &Reiki practitioner I sensed a correlation.
Reiki translates as freeflow universal life force energy that is channeled in and through this truth of oneness It flows where needed.
Drawing upon the symbolic wisdom in the interconnects of thoughts and action of light & sound, we can unravel the truths of oneness.
Meditative listening, chanting these energetic frequencies with the correct intonations can change and transform our path, shifting our mode from survival to restorative clarity.

An ocean is not always calm waves Its true nature is full of powerful currents. It’s not about resistance of errant waves It is in surfing in the midst of it.
When you find your anchor, You realize it’s not anywhere but within you. Your deepest truth is your stillness in the movements; In it lies your strength of flexibility. That’s true resilience.
And remembering movements are unique in themselves, Like one tide to the next, Each carries its energy waves differently. Every storm is meant to teach a new lesson: To dance with chaos, You realize, is to yield and adapt to the flow.
When I look back at the past few years, it really feels like we have all been learning a brand-new dance right in the middle of complete chaos. There were moments when the waves felt so massive and came so fast that it was incredibly easy to feel totally overwhelmed. But there is a simple, beautiful truth about being in deep water: you have to swim. If you stop moving, you drown. And that is exactly what you have been doing. Think about it…even on the days when you felt like you had absolutely no energy left, or when you couldn’t see the shore anywhere on the horizon, you still kept moving. You kept breathing. You didn’t give up.
When you are right in the thick of a storm, something incredible happens inside you. You find a way to move not just in spite of the chaos, but entirely beyond it. You discover an inner rhythm you didn’t even know you had. You realize that the storm might be incredibly loud, but it doesn’t get to decide who you are. Real strength isn’t about being tough like a brick wall. If a wall faces a strong enough force, it eventually cracks and breaks. True resilience is much softer and more fluid than that. It’s the ability to look at the messiness of life and say, “Okay, this is what is happening right now. How do I move with it?”
Every struggle we’ve faced over these last few years hasn’t just been difficult. It has been a teacher. It showed us that we are far more flexible, far more capable, and so much stronger than we ever gave ourselves credit for. Each day brings a slightly different kind of challenge. No two storms feel exactly the same. One day it’s a sudden setback, the next it’s just a wave of heavy exhaustion. Each one carries its own unique energy, and each one is trying to show us something new about our own capacity.
When you find that quiet space inside your own mind…that beautiful bit of stillness that stays calm no matter how loud the world gets…you stop drowning. Adapting to the flow isn’t giving up or surrendering. It is actually the truest alignment of your power. It’s choosing to surf the wave instead of letting it crash over you.
So if you are feeling tired today, or if the water feels a bit rough around you right now, take a deep breath. Remember how far you have already come. You are already swimming. You are already dancing. Trust that inner stillness, keep moving with the flow, and know that you have everything you need inside you to make it to the other side.

What does calm feel like to you in this moment?
What is the distance between you and your sense of serenity?
Where and how do you think you can find your center?
A Note on the Dawn
My morning moments hold a precious tranquility for me. I choose the dawn to set my intention for the day ahead. In the quiet moments before the world wakes, I find my creative state of flow. Although I strive to connect with this peace throughout the day, the energy of the early morning resonates most deeply. It sets the tone for everything that follows.
