There is a symphony of sounds

Rising and falling

The wind playing with the ocean
Evoking the movements
Invoking the strength of the currents
Embodying the dance of nature

Connecting in consonance
Blissful in the blending
Peaceful & relaxing.
Healing in resonance…

Flowing with life in the fluidity ..
Adapting to the waves of change

Truths of life

Intellect will seem big as long as things happen our way.

Hope will seem big when things does not happen our way.

Luck will seem big when unexpected things happen.

Wisdom seems big when interruptions block things

Fate seems big when talent does not work.

When whatever we thought big, doesn’t matter anymore, we will start knowing ourselves.

When we start knowing ourselves, The Divinity inside us will seem big

Where potential is being explored in associations
A world where art and science are at interlinked at the crossroads
Meeting like no tommorow
Where art is created by logic and calculations
Of a programmed artifical intelligence
Where science is more and more accepting of the metaphysical
Where science is turning to seek answers in spirituality
And Spirituality is discussed scientifically
But then in the same breath
Is the emergence of the mystics & the art of Spirituality.

Everything links to one another

Leading the truths of being

All is in the strength of the interconnects

Every day I write
It’s been so for more than six years now
I don’t plan on what to write
I just  put the words as they  come
But somehow from somewhere
From deep within they flow
Through me…

Many times  the title comes first

Cultivation of Gratitude

Gratitude brings forth

A shift in perspective

In feeling thankfulness

In sensing appreciation

In seeing the glass half full

Than half empty

In seeing the sunny side

Of things than as cloudy

For the way of seeing

Is a choice in our hands.

Internal effects of Gratefulness

An increase in dopomine

Sense of satisfaction

A boost in sertonin

Feeling of positivity

Count your blessings

Gratitude makes us recognize and value things we already have even more. That is how it brings a sense of abundance.

Every day a practice of gratitude could include a variety of things that may feel right to you. From seeing the positives in a situation or in people, focusing on the good in life journaling regularly and being thankful, etc

A practice of living life with a positive attitude makes life more meaningful.

Give gratitude freely without holding back.
