Came across an interesting piece of information… worth a share.
Trees have a “heartbeat” 💗. Previously, scientists thought water moved through trees by osmosis, in a somewhat continuous manner.
Now they’ve discovered the trunks and branches of trees are actually contracting and expanding to “pump” water up from the roots to the leaves, similar to the way our heart pumps blood through our bodies.
The only difference between our pulse and a tree’s is a tree’s is much slower, “beating” once every two hours or so, and instead of regulating blood pressure, the heartbeat of a tree, regulates water pressure.
I am always fascinated by nature, especially trees … every tree speaks to us and conveys much beyond its beauty there is much to understand from its shape texture and form.
I find its lessons, often very poignant yet alluring and very inspiring as well.
If you love nature and trees may be you will like this …
Looks like my birth tree is closer to the Rowan trees which are known to be the Trees of life 🌳 & the Ash Trees symbolic of spiritual strength as much as longevity and endurance.
Fascinating indeed to learn about the Celtic symbolic representation & personality interpretation of trees.
“A tree nowhere offers a straight line or a regular curve, but who doubts that root, trunk, boughs, and leaves embody geometry?”

The above collage of artworks is based out of one of my photographs of this adorable tree I pass by every time, during my walks in Rennes France. I then enhanced my photo digitally and I am sharing the artworks out of my photography of this tree. I am always amazed how this tree would look different during different times of the day. And the changing weather would make it a treat to capture. While I clicked the pictures I couldn’t help notice the play of light on the tree and how its autumn leaves would shine through.
Sometimes there is no logic,
It is just the nature of being.
It may seem like just any other tree but for me this beautiful tree lives in my heart forever.
