Evolving with the changes

Wisdom continues to evolve

As change is the only constant

Knowing is never enough

Discerning knowledge with application makes all the difference.

Age of Aquarius

Some see it as the Age of the Aquarius, a dawn of enlightenment, but it is also a sign of changing times when there is greater access to knowledge and increased interest in holistic & spiritual practices and greater receptivity & awareness of values of empathy compassion and collaboration and therein interconnections.

Speaking of technology its transformations, while we are better informed, the human aspect of intuitive and ethical considerations play a significant role in understanding and application of this new age wisdom.

Now, this rise of a new age of wisdom could also mean more inclusive and divergent thinking in a more conscious and enlightened world.

The question then is, what resonates within and what we choose to do with it.

Fear  chains you in restrictions

Learn to unshackle your being.

You have one life

Think of life like a new book

That is meant to be written by you

Make sure you hold the pen

And do not give it away

Live beyond your fear

For life is what you make of it.

Where the river of time

Meets you as you want to

Where heart fields are open

To receive the infinite truths

You know..

All is in the flow as you sense you are the flow.

A quality of the spirit of the soul

That magnetic quality beyond the physicality

That emanates joy and well being in Abundance

Dance of matter

Every move has  a reaction

In the cause  and effect world

Forms shifting shapes

Colours changing  hues

Where even the blink of an eye

A touch of the breeze

Or even a silent intention

Can set off a symphony in response

For all is aligned in connection.

Twisted or helical structure

In a Self arranging universe 

Reflecting retracting

Rotating revolving

Tuning  itself in time

Blending in the balancing

Altered by sensitivity in subtlety

Interplay of Intelligence

Telling phenomenonal stories

Holding immense possibilities

In its infinite potential

Awaiting mindful application

In the journey of awakenings .

All is a dance of matter.

Coherence  Part 2 

Much happens in the sounds

Much happens in the silence

For it is never still

The troughs and crests

The highs and lows

The swing and the sways

Are all but a dance of waves

Of energy in the flow of life

Asserting in the ascent

And subsiding in the descent.

Shaping itself in the changes.

Much like notes of music

Coming together in coherence

And the spaces between notes

Making music to those

Who care to sense.

All parts to the same whole

Finding meaning  in itself.

Finding purpose for itself.

Such is the circle  of life.

The divinity within

When every breath is a consciousness
In awareness
Of the divine energy of life.

Of its presence in every inhale and exhale.
Between two breaths  and the spaces within.

But this awareness  needs cultivation…

Of  mindful breathing  as a practice for a life time. 
In it is the spirit of life
And our own spirituality… influenced and constituted,  strengthened in each mindful breath

Kindred spirits

Pride makes us artificial

Humility makes us real

Thomas Merton

So a long long time ago when I started sharing my writing skills, I received a beautiful message from a reader, who also introduced Thomas Merton, the poet & monk to me. I was intrigued by his words. And went on to read more. For back then I didn’t know  who Thomas Merton was and had never heard or come across his works.

This morning I came across  the above quote, another gem of a quote from the mystical light of this soul…

There are some souls whose works strike a deep chord without ever meeting them… you sense a connection in their words..

I am grateful in all humility to have come across the profoundness of these kindred spirits. 🙏

What was freshness of springtime

Matures with the changing seasons

At times hot dry or humid  summers makes life unbearable

Soon the downpour of rains flood the parched land with greens

Another autumn as orange rust leaves renew themselves

Winter chills brings it’s own white snow at will

Trees bereft of leaves lay bare their dark branches

Awaiting for another change  of season.

And life goes on…
