There is a dog somewhere nearby That is barking every once in a while It is not the usual bark and not a yelp either But I feel it’s something not ok Perhaps it is loneliness A yearning for a companion Or a little comfort & care. My heart aches to hear it every day And wants to help. But try as I might Yet, I am unable to find the dog. Till then , I hold my hand on my heart If it is a pain of some kind I pray that the pain goes away … I send a healing light To shift the energy & ease the dog.

Divine Sparks
Simply imagine the infinite power of possibilities of the soul. And the pinnacle and the depths of infinite potential .The greatest depths is of the soul within… a spark of the divine!
Journey within : As one deepens the focus in the inward journey of awareness, greater empathy is felt for the world outside , and when the focus is towards the outer materialistic world the focus turns towards being more self centered than self aware.
When every breath is a consciousness In awareness Of the divine energy of life.
Of its presence in every inhale and exhale. Between two breaths and the spaces within.
But this awareness needs cultivation…
Of mindful breathing as a practice for a life time. In it is the spirit of life And our own spirituality… influenced and constituted, strengthened in each mindful breath Hopefully… A work in progress✨️ 🙏✨️
My good friend @Geoff Hudson Searle posed and shared an interesting question.’Are we entering a new age of Wisdom?
‘A new age of wisdom ‘ is a fascinating topic to ponder on…
Wisdom continues to evolve
As change is the only constant
Knowing is never enough
Discerning knowledge with application makes all the difference.
Some see it as the Age of the Aquarius, a dawn of enlightenment, but it is also a sign of changing times when there is greater access to knowledge and increased interest in holistic & spiritual practices and greater receptivity & awareness of values of empathy compassion and collaboration and therein interconnections.
Speaking of AI, while we are better informed, the human aspect of intuitive and ethical considerations play a significant role in understanding and application of this new age wisdom.
Now, this rise of a new age of wisdom could also mean more inclusive and divergent thinking in a more conscious and enlightened world.
The question then is, what resonates within and what we choose to do with it.
This morning a refreshing conversation with my mother triggered a series of thoughts on different directions in Hindu Scriptures.
Usually there are eight directions depicted in any compass.
She shared how there are ten mentioned directions in the Hindu scriptures and named each of them. Besides the four cardinal and four ordinal directions it’s interesting to note the two additional directions are Urdhva the highest point symbolizes by creator (Brahma) Zenith and Adhah the opposite represented by (Vishnu) the preserver, which call the Nadir.
It was intriguing to note how these preordained guardians of our galaxies play a significant role in Astrology and Cosmology with insights on how everything connects in life and living.
I started researching further trying to understand more. I came across this interesting share…
‘It’s quite intriguing to note how much effort our ancestors put into demystifying the elements of nature & their impact on us,’
I highlighted this line in the above informative article, because the more you learn of this vast ocean of scriptures you realise there is another horizon of understanding that beckons.
But one thing leads to another…
And that’s how the path of learning grows. And everything connects….
As you go through daily life Just care to remind yourself That you are being watched over And cared far. This simple habit will bring You immense peaceYou will transmit universal love. Peace be with you
