Live Life Lovingly!

Life & living

My 80 plus father and I were having a nice conversation this morning. I asked him, what is the difference between your generation and today?

What did you all have then that today that we don’t have today?
He said it in one line:  Freedom of time. It’s so true.
Today’s world is fully connected but caught in the web of it’s own doing.
Today everything is caught on camera.
No one is truly free.
Whether at work or after,.. your work follows you .You are always available  and connected even when you travel…
Life is actually more complicated with all these so called devices of technology.

Even simple joys of life are difficult to experience for lack of time.
No one is truly free.
Chained to the machines of their own making…

In the name of Work from home  and work life balance, we are getting  more work home that there is no downtime. Weekends  no longer feel different.  All are in  a rat race in time.  Until we mutually  agree and consciously  think of taking time out and act on it , life seems to fall into a rut of routine  that we forget  we are meant to live and not just exist .

Manifesting Abundance

I walk across the golden sands,

Leaving footsteps of my of my memories

Flowing in faith across the lands

Celebrating life in the moments.

I sense something limitless

As I dare to share, the truth of me.

I touch the truth of my potential.

Abundance manifesting itself.

Oneness

In the journey of life

At one point or the other

In arriving to acknowledge our truths

Comes a realization of our Oneness

Of how we are mere living fractals of life and longings.

We are simply waves of light frequencies of resonance & dissonance.

Dancing to the tunes of the Cosmic Oneness

Hopegiving

A beautiful read this morning  came my way through  a social  media forward from my mother.

It’s truly meaningful.

The Final Whistle…

I was watching a local football match on a school ground.
I asked a boy sitting nearby, “What’s the score of your team?”
With a smile, the boy replied, “We are at 0, the opponents are at 3.”
I said, “Don’t lose hope, young man.”

The boy looked at me with a puzzled expression, as if questioning my understanding of his determination.
He then gave me a profound response:
“Why should I lose hope, uncle, when the referee hasn’t blown the final whistle yet?”
“I trust my team and my coach completely.”
“We will definitely win,” he said confidently and continued watching the game.

To my amazement, the match ended 5-4 in favor of the boy’s team.
As the victory was announced, the boy waved enthusiastically at me and left with a bright smile.

I was astonished, struck by his unwavering belief and confidence. His faith was so beautiful, so deep, it left me contemplating.

That night, as I returned home, his question kept resonating in my mind:
“Why should I lose hope when the final whistle hasn’t been blown?”

Life is like a game…
While we are still in it, why do we give up so often?
When our final whistle hasn’t sounded, why should we despair?

The truth is, many of us blow our own whistle prematurely.
We leave the field before the game is over.

But as long as life is with us, nothing is impossible.
Whether our time is half over, three-quarters over, or just beginning, that doesn’t matter.

What matters is that we don’t blow the whistle on ourselves before the time is up.

The referee of our game is God.
Have faith in Him and in yourself.

So, let’s remember that the final whistle hasn’t sounded yet,
and let’s enjoy every moment of life like an exciting game!

Life is now.

On Imagination

Imagination…

Lives not in the past or house of tomorrow

It is here very much in the now

It traverses along wherever whenever you choose to go.

It comes from you, within and beyond you.

It chooses nothing but opens to everything

It wants nothing for itself.

All it takes is your intention

And your awareness.

Strength of Interconnects

Sometimes what’s truly profound

Can be profoundly simple.

The strength of interconnects

Is about the strength in self support

In the world of design

What seems complex

Could be extremely simple.

In the way of interweave

In the intersection of the interconnects.

All is in the strength

In the sum of the intersections.

The Bridge of Safety

Leonardo Da Vinci’s Self Supporting Bridge. Leonardo Da Vinci was an artist, inventor and engineer in the 15th century.  His vision and calibre of mind allowed him to comprehend the twin worlds of science and art; he has
often been described as the archetype of the “Renaissance man”, a man whose seemingly infinite curiosity was equalled only by his powers of invention . He was a master of innovation, ingenuity and engineering.
He invented the self supporting bridge sometime between 1485-1487 to be used as an emergency bridge for troops in times of war. This unique design is held together by its own weight without requiring any ties or connections, in fact when a downward force is applied to the structure the braced members are forced to interlock and tighten together through the structural concepts of shear and bending. Da Vinci called it “The Bridge of Safety”.

This Now

This now is a dance
Whirling in between
The then and the forthcoming
The sun moon and stars
Too make their presence felt
Swirling in their cosmic paths
This you is swaying to life
Listen keen as the sands sing
Hear the whistling winds
They like you have a reason to be
In this now being where they are
Just like you right here in this now.

View from the top

How different is the view

From every angle in sight?

What makes it so stark in contrast

And so varied in interpretation?

How the colours of life change?

How easy it is to believe,

What you see as the truth,

That nothing else could be reality?

What you see from the mountain

Is different from the plain.

The eyes are the same.

But the perception is different.

What is something you love about nature?

The vibrancy of nature
The adaptability of creation
The constancy of change
The arresting colours
Unshackling of spirit
The inter connections
Soulful vibes and sounds
Imparting wisdom profound
And not to forget
The enthralling  views
Are all things I love about nature
What about you?

The phase of blur

Between and betwixt
The light & dark
There is a phase of blur
Wherein clarity is embedded.

In this momentary distortion
The phase holds the potential
For infinite possibilities.
Awaiting its turn to appear
Blur may seem bleary,
But like a bud holds the bloom
Blur holds the moment of clarity.

Fear not the blur
It’s a transient phenomenon
Like all things
Change is the only constant.

An embodiment of uncertainty
Of the uncomfortable reality
Blur takes its time to clear
Like a foggy winters day.

It makes you imagine your truths
In the shadows of grey
Between the black & white
Blur may seem challenging
But it provokes perception
To decipher this dance of illusion & reality

Listening is healing

Often we are so full of ourselves.

So focussed on our thoughts

On our ways and deeds

That we forget to pay attention.

There is a world beyond us.

That’s full of promise

Of possibilities  in it’d potential

To help and heal us

Only if we truly take our time

To listen  well and be there .

Listen to understand and care

Listen to learn and know

Listen to explore the unsaid

Listen keen and deep.

The answers to many of life’s challenges is in listening

Listen  well, it  heals one another.

Fleeting moments

There is beauty in this now

But a sadness in letting go

Learning to appreciate this now

And accept the changing moments

As part of every now

Helps envision beyond what is

For all is transient.
