Live Life Lovingly!

Brew the bonds

Bonds that last

Are brewed in time

Simmered in the scorching of life

Infused in the palette of senses

Softened in the brushes of love

Textured in the treasure of experiences.

Blended in balance of emotions

Wafting through in the tasting

Every sip connects deeper

Strengthening the spirit

Awakening the feelings

Bonding in the being

In this now & forever.

Writing with a pen

To my readers,

It’s a conscious choice to write more, yet streamline my work.

So you may find me posting erratically every once in a while. Although I continue to write every day as I have for the past couple of years .

I simply started to switch to writing on paper, and I shall post one here regularly, but perhaps  not every day. I sense great joy in picking up a pen and writing. It connects me up wires my hand brain coordination  a little more than tapping on digital keys.

I already find myself relaxing into it as now I can write anywhere anytime with or without internet . This  is simplifying as much as satisfying to me.

To talk about the day I first picked up the pen to write, I wrote a few words and found how strange it felt to be actually inking  on paper  after so long . It was a missing action piece in my work. Typing is not the same thing. It takes away  the flow of continuous touch of the pen on paper.

Although I have written every day digitally over these years. I realise  how important  it is to never lose touch with writing by hand.

Writing digitally  may be faster but fine muscle coordination and postural stability improve  when you write with a pen.Something I want to work on again…

The simple joys of flowing with a pen and looking at your work right before you, a tangible piece that   connects you with yourself in the touch. It’s hard to replace.

My writing, which seemed erratic  at first due to lack of practice, has seen much improvement. Hope this art is not forgotten by other writers.

A point of reflection:

When was the last time you took time to write with a pen on a page ?

Art of slow

Art of slow…

In sensing the breath

Flowing  with the rhythm

Of lifes myriad manifestations

Learning & developing the art

Of feeling oneness

Of pausing in wonder

Of harmony in the flow

Embracing the pause

Embodying the flow …

On Movements

Move from instinct

Move through space

Meet it with grace

Turn inward

Hear the truths echo

In peaceful silence

Forgive in gratefulness

Sense your expression

Tĺhink calmly

Being more available

To your own self

Process your emotions

Clearing residues left in time .

To respond than react

In life & living.

The choice is yours to take

Crossing over
Bridges of time
Beginning to end
Ending to begin again
In body spirit & souls
Infinite forms of expressions
Between betwixt & beyond
Bonding new & old
In part & whole
Tuning into the sounds
Of harmony & rhythm
Inexplicable joys
Of moments in movements
As paths are splayed
Across time to tide over
In every moment
The choice is yours to take.

A ladder

A ladder is a link

A point of interconnections

A bridge between two sides

Between two opposites.

A ladder is not always to climb

A ladder leads you to connect

But the choice is yours

If you want to lead or be led by it.

Climb the ladder with confidence

Continue to bridge over challenges

Meet the changes with integrity

Dare the new horizons in hope.

To root is to grow

Have written many times earlier  on rootedness on grounding on awareness. But today, I share another perspective on the strength of rooting  for self growth and transformation.

Self growth needs committed perseverance, patience and passion for continuous  improvement.  That is how the human race evolves .To root is to help grow and evolve .

Be unafraid of rooting

If you are looking to grow

And have a vision

Of what it is you want to grow

Then by all means

Find your growth

In rooting yourself  firmly

Be unafraid

Of the winds of change

For what blows in blows out

Keep the faith  and trust in you wherever  you  are

And believe you are enough for you.

Beautiful things begin to happen.

As I

As I explore
I discover
As I perceive
I sense
As I pray
I ease
As I seek
I find
As I write
I express
As I sing
I channel
As I dance
I heal
As I read
I learn
I am eternally grateful
For all these learnings
That happen, all in good time.

How is the weather today?

Peace of calm
Ease of soul
Are two things I sense
In these serene morning moments
Whether it’s the weather here
A gentle breeze & blissful cool
Adding to it all, I know not
But it’s a wonderful start…

How is the weather today ?

Dignity of being

Its not pride. It’s dignity,

That you need with you.

Much is the difference between .

In no uncertain moment

Lose your sense of dignity.

For dignity is divine

For it embodies your spirit & soul

Pride is just a human emotion.

If ever you face a situation

Where anothers words & deeds

Leave you broken

Remember  its just your pride & ego

That feels deflated in the moments.

It’s just a phase of life it will pass.

Your dignity stays with you

In the way you handle

With no loss of grace

Stay dignified, stay graceful.

What’s noise & what matters?

Whenever you feel overwhelmed
And stalled in your efforts
When you feel you are lost
In too many things
And that whatever you are doing
does not serve you at all…

Do care to ask yourself
this simple question
for a conscious reset:
What is noise & what matters?

Why hire a poet?

I often feel being a poet is a blessing.
For the mere act of writing poetry heals in empowering ways.
Lighting and delighting hearts,
in between the verses in awareness.
Poetry breathes in many possibilities.
A piece of poetry
speaks much about the soul & spirit of the poet.
Discard the thought away that it’s just so frivolous.
Discount not poets for being just a poet
There is much that is yet to be discovered and harnessed.

For the words emerge
to form a poem from a place of sensing & seeing more than what is.

I do believe more
Poets need to be hired
Not just as skilled wordsmiths
But for the tact and strategy,
if not for routine work.
For there is great innovation in their imagination too.
As they artfully build an imagery through mere words.
As for verses, poet emote in their unique way
At times structured and solid
At times lyrical and fluid
there is often a rhythm and reason as well.
Oh yes, add attention to detail & seeing beyond the looking.
And you have a potential worth exploring.
Poets are by far undervalued for their observation
But here is the truth.
Poetry is an art
Of expressing emotions
Through impactful verses
Mere words touch hearts
When words flow from a place of authenticity.
Of speaking with all of you as it flows from deep within.
There is the power in the very vulnerability laid bare fearlessly.
And that is a powerful concoction.
Would you agree?
What do you think now of a poet ?

Poets & Poetry

On power of words:

A slice of life
Poets may carve with words…
Emerging from life experiences
lived or observed.
Poets may offer fresh perspectives,
Embedded in words in a flow…

Sometimes the words may rush
On its own without hesitation
To express away with a purpose.

But often it is a channeling…
Of creating spaces between
To pause & empathize
Before the outpouring.
It invites you to ponder…

Words have profound power
In the way they are arranged
And the thoughtful poet knows
To convey the message home.

Yet , every poet is one of a kind
And so is their poetry
Every poet balances the flow uniquely…

On empathy:

In Poets, empathy makes you sense and relate with compassion,
It makes you feel one with another.
Yet the poet is strategic, as to be a poem the verses need to be well emoted as much as arranged, as words manage to touch another soul in inexplicable ways.

And what happens when empathy connects with poetry?

What are your thoughts on the above?

Cultivating Patience

A calm composed nature

Allows space for response

An agitated mind & heart

Creates room for errors,

Of judgment & misunderstanding.

Patience is a virtue

An undervalued skill

In cultivating patience

You encourage a moment

For reflection before response.

To be patient is an opportunity

To be able to lean into the silence

And glean fresh perspectives.

For every moment is filled with it..

In seeing every moment,

in the journey as a step forward

than a race against time.

Is about cultivating patience.

Creating  conscious peace in mindful ways.

Expression

How are you in this moment ?

Are you ok?

Every once in a while

Just ask yourself  these simple questions.

And let yourself  answer

As the thoughts flow

Jot them down

There is much healing

In the journaling of thoughts

In expressing your feelings

On paper or to another

In simply voicing it out

Giving a path to let the steam off.

Build yourself  up with care

Connect with a deeper breath

And listen keen as you exhale.

As you externalize, you create space

And understand yourself more.
