If you let work bleed into your night
You will find yourself racing with time
Like a hamster on a wheel
Churning in the loop of your own doing .

The way you move,
The way you write
The way you dance
The way you talk
The way you live
Share much about you
Express without fear
It’s good for you.
Remember…
Sharing at times can make you vulnerable
But it can open you up to the strength within.

Our thoughts make us
Who we are
The way we think
Becomes us.
Our thoughts are powerful
For they travel far
Thoughts make all the difference.
Think well
Live well.

Workers want to be Executives
Executives want to be Managers
Managers want to be Leaders
Leaders want to be Founders
Founders want to be Investors
Investors want profits over people.
Truth is…
Even if one of them are there for the right reasons, it starts to make a meaningful difference.

Head to toe
Toe to head
Breathe it out
Let it go..
Heal overwhelm
Heal overthinking
Heal your heart
Heal yourself
In the mixed bag of lides emotions
Some get felt a little too deeply
Embedding itself into the psyche.
And affecting thoughts & actions
Emotions too need release
Unshackle to let go and free up
Cut the cord of emotions
Before they overwhelm you.
Find some time to breathe it out
To process and reflect & let go
To exhale the unwanted emotions.
And heal your heart .

To breath well is a blessing . For every breath is never to be taken for granted.
In every breath we take
Let’s value this gift of life.
Acknowledging our breath
Lets breathe in ease .
Lets take a moment
In between breaths
Pause with ease
Relax the self
To let go with ease
And repeat…
Every breath matters.

My good friend @Geoff Hudson Searle posed and shared an interesting question.’Are we entering a new age of Wisdom?
‘A new age of wisdom ‘ is a fascinating topic to ponder on…
Wisdom continues to evolve
As change is the only constant
Knowing is never enough
Discerning knowledge with application makes all the difference.
Some see it as the Age of the Aquarius, a dawn of enlightenment, but it is also a sign of changing times when there is greater access to knowledge and increased interest in holistic & spiritual practices and greater receptivity & awareness of values of empathy compassion and collaboration and therein interconnections.
Speaking of AI, while we are better informed, the human aspect of intuitive and ethical considerations play a significant role in understanding and application of this new age wisdom.
Now, this rise of a new age of wisdom could also mean more inclusive and divergent thinking in a more conscious and enlightened world.
The question then is, what resonates within and what we choose to do with it.
What are your thoughts on this?

The child they say is the father of the man.
Question yourself
How you were as a child…
How was your childhood?
Here is a little self reflection tool in understanding the self.
Think of yourself as a child, what age do you imagine yourself to be in?
Write down words that come to you when you think of your childhood?
Write down people or places that connect with the words you wrote
You will find yourself connecting the dots…
All of the expressed, repressed and suppressed emotions has much to do with who you become as an adult.
Much of what you felt, are feeling as an adult goes back to what you enjoyed or endured as a child..
Nature works with nurture to create your being.
Each of us have evolved from our experiences. Self reflection is a valuable tool to bring to awareness that however easy or difficult the childhood was, understanding that childhood is your past but the present is with you for you to carve. to make your future.
Now the choice rests with you.

Our conditioning has a role to play in the way we see people and things around us. To trust is to dare into the unknown.
Just read this interesting article …
19 professionals walk through unknown villages for 3 days — without a single rupee | Pune News – The Indian Express
Amazing to read about these Braveheart who dared to experience first hand self-belief beyond fear…and who came back enriched with experiences.
Touching to read about the kindhearted people who came their way like saviours.
Pretty sure they may all have had some life altering experiences in one way or another.
Against all odds
Breaking the rut of routine
In forging new pathways
Beyond fear for survival
All preconceived notions fall
In the dare into the unknown.

As light dawns
It dispels darkness
Spreads hope & cheer
Bringing joy & happiness
To all touched by this light.
As the waves of light
Transmit itself in the world
Hearts heal and life regenerate
For light is meant to be the light
Care to sense the light of you.

The same heart that loves
Hurts some day
The same heart that hurts
Heals some day
The heart is extremely versatile
Capable of being adaptable
Beyond our fears and doubts
Capable of love and hate
And all the shades in between.
From going green with envy
To blossoming like red roses…
Heart beats on its own tune
Take care of the heart
Feed it well
Stay happy and healthy
In good faith and trust.
For life is in the heartbeat.

And sometimes when things don’t go as planned
May be you have been saved from some unknown obstacle
May be it wasn’t the right time
May be its all for the better.

‘Write Drunk
Edit Sober.”
Attributed to Hemingway this line is a little gem in itself .
Here is my take…
As a writer give in
To flights of fancy
Give in to the dance
Of Imagination.
Be drunk with joy
Of writing with all of you.
Enjoy the immersion
Embody your uniqueness
And flow with the words .
Sense the delights in disarray
Just write on…
As you edit
Stay sober
Be attentive
Be mindful
And aware.
And patient
With yourself.
Most of all
Be here in the now.
Savvy
Ps :I write for joy… so have always enjoyed writing in a flow though never drunk , I confess I have enjoyed the waltz with words as it flows often on. And yet I also know I have a lots to learn about editing. It’s still a work in progress.
What are your thoughts on this ?
