Coherence Part 2
Much happens in the sounds
Much happens in the silence
For it is never still
The troughs and crests
The highs and lows
The swing and the sways
Are all but a dance of waves
Of energy in the flow of life
Asserting in the ascent
And subsiding in the descent.
Shaping itself in the changes.
Much like notes of music
Coming together in coherence
And the spaces between notes
Making music to those
Who care to sense.
All parts to the same whole
Finding meaning in itself.
Finding purpose for itself.
Such is the circle of life.

When energy aligns
Syncing in synchrony
There is a dance of coherence
Resonance occurs
In these changes
No matter the circumstances
No matter the challenges
Creating connections
Building bridges
Narrowing gaps
In understanding
Bettering communication
Everything comes together
And begins to make sense.

Strengthen your humanity
Keep your heart grateful
Keep your mind thankful
Keep your spirit humble
It will strengthen the foundation
Of many virtues of being human
Like love, trust and faith
Courage and contentment
Health, happiness and joy
Creating a blessed life

This Now
This now is a dance
Whirling in between
The then and the forthcoming
The sun moon and stars
Too make their presence felt
Swirling in their cosmic paths
This you is swaying to life
Listen keen as the sands sing
Hear the whistling winds
They like you have a reason to be
In this now being where they are
Just like you right here in this now.

As writers I am pretty sure many of us can relate to this …

As much as my spirit & soul
It’s one of my self care routine
To sense & emote and express
Without fear or favour.
So grateful for the blessings,

On writing every day
I have been writing every day for almost a decade now, it has become a well ingrained habit. I thoroughly enjoy my me time. Most days it’s every morning time that I pen my thoughts, but I never force it to a particular time. Someday it’s a joy to write down whenever I feel the inspiration.
And Inspiration is everywhere
I simply started on a lark and what is beautiful is, every day there is always something that inspires the words . And I hope to continue as long as the words flow…

Life changing moment
Speaking about few years ago, getting a major surgery that was absolutely necessary was life changing. It improved the quality of my life. I reclaimed my life became even more alive, post it.
Though I chose not to focus on the difficulties, I do have a lesson learned.
Lesson : Address health issues as they come in.Never ignore or delay what is necessary. It only complicates. It has been a blessing and I always will thank my doctor for this second lease of life I have.
Grateful 🙏

Waves
In the waves lies the secret of creation. Walter Russell
The waves signify freedom
Of flow in the movements
In the rise ad fall
In the swing and sway
Waves are all about change
Like no two moments are alike
No two waves are alike
Each shaped in the momentum
Of its own path in the making
Gliding through in grace
Like swivelling sands
And twirling tides…
In the highs and lows
Each creatings it’s own destiny.
Fear not the waves of time
As it comes so it goes
Leaving lessons in its wake
So much to learn and unlearn.

The phase of blur
Between and betwixt
The light & dark
There is a phase of blur
Wherein clarity is embedded.
In this momentary distortion
The phase holds the potential
For infinite possibilities.
Awaiting its turn to appear
Blur may seem bleary,
But like a bud holds the bloom
Blur holds the moment of clarity.
Fear not the blur
It’s a transient phenomenon
Like all things
Change is the only constant.
An embodiment of uncertainty
Of the uncomfortable reality
Blur takes its time to clear
Like a foggy winters day.
It makes you imagine your truths
In the shadows of grey
Between the black & white
Blur may seem challenging
But it provokes perception
To decipher this dance of illusion & reality

Can you believe in the beauty
Of light in the night,
As much as in the day?
For night becomes a background
Receding for the light to shine
Brightly the hope that it emits.
Fear not the darkness of night
For it leads the way to light.

Awakening the senses
A scent that calls in a deeper breath…while savoring the sensation…
‘Petrichor’ is one of the fragrances that is earthy yet divine to me . There is something grounding and yet ethereal in its ephemeral smell. Taking me to places and spaces I cannot fathom, yet moves me.Evoking emotions in the memories and invoking pleasant feelings of playing in the fields following the first rain. I am also reminded of green woody forests,with tall trees, where the air is pristine and pure.
I sense the freshness of first rain on earth in its smell enveloping me. Just a whiff and it transports me to many realms of my own being, as it invigourates me.
I can never stop appreciating it… and can never have enough of it.
