This morning I witnessed
A glorious vision awaiting me…
The ‘Rays of the Sun’
Sharing light, hope
And blessings through the trees
Energizing the spaces
In and around me…
Such a picture perfect moment.
While sensing the Grace of the Sun.

Any creative enterprise
That makes you move
One step closer to your being
Tapping into infinte possibilities
Of your innate potential
Is a dance of your uniqueness
Remember this as you dare
To create something
From known to the unknown
And making something new.

There is always time
Time never is lack
Lack of patience
Is lack of time management
In lack of time
There is hurry
To make things happen fast.
Without deliberation
Confusion and tension sets in
Building up pressure
Creating doubts & distress
In the lack of coordination
A recipe for hasty decisions
Creating more waste
Of time, energy and resources
Along the way.
So think through
Haste not waste not.

Much happens in the sounds
Much happens in the silence
For it is never still
The troughs and crests
The highs and lows
The swing and the sways
Are all but a dance of waves
Of energy in the flow of life
Asserting in the ascent
And subsiding in the descent.
Shaping itself in the changes.
Much like notes of music
Coming together in coherence
And the spaces between notes
Making music to those
Who care to sense.
All parts to the same whole
Finding meaning in itself.
Finding purpose for itself.
Such is the circle of life.

When energy aligns
Syncing in synchrony
There is a dance of coherence
Resonance occurs
In these changes
No matter the circumstances
No matter the challenges
Creating connections
Building bridges
Narrowing gaps
In understanding
Bettering communication
Everything comes together
And begins to make sense.

It will strengthen the foundation
Of many virtues of being human
Like love, trust and faith
Courage and contentment
Health, happiness and joy

Whirling in between
The then and the forthcoming
The sun moon and stars
Too make their presence felt
Swirling in their cosmic paths
This you is swaying to life
Listen keen as the sands sing
Hear the whistling winds
They like you have a reason to be
In this now being where they are
Just like you right here in this now.

How different is the view
From every angle in sight?
What makes it so stark in contrast
And so varied in interpretation?
How the colours of life change?
How easy it is to believe,
What you see as the truth,
That nothing else could be reality?

Is different from the plain.
The eyes are the same.
But the perception is different.

On writing every day
I have been writing every day for almost a decade now, it has become a well ingrained habit. I thoroughly enjoy my me time. Most days it’s every morning time that I pen my thoughts, but I never force it to a particular time. Someday it’s a joy to write down whenever I feel the inspiration.
And Inspiration is everywhere
I simply started on a lark and what is beautiful is, every day there is always something that inspires the words . And I hope to continue as long as the words flow…

Speaking about few years ago, getting a major surgery that was absolutely necessary was life changing. It improved the quality of my life. I reclaimed my life became even more alive, post it.
Though I chose not to focus on the difficulties, I do have a lesson learned.
Lesson : Address health issues as they come in.Never ignore or delay what is necessary. It only complicates. It has been a blessing and I always will thank my doctor for this second lease of life I have.

On Virtual Conflict Resolutions
Conflicts and its resolution are part of teams dynamics. An empathic approach to that is inclusive, non-judgemental, proactive and open to establishing safe discussion spaces creates positive outcomes in virtual scenarios.
In virtual team management scenario, it is important to define and understand what matters to each person or team to find the path forward. Creating a mutual connection virtually bridges over misunderstanding, encourages trust and strengthens relationships, leading to positive communication.
Being objective, mindful and awareof unconscious biases that influence perception helps create a roadmap towards resolutions.
