Tap away the voice in your head. Tap into your own healing touch. Tap away the doubt and hesitation. Tap into the ray of light.
Tap away the fear and confusion. Tap into self-confidence and dare. Tap away anger and disconnect. Tap into your inner wisdom.
Tap away mindless distractions. Tap into your inner silence. Tap away the ego that bounds you Tap into the dark spaces & let light in.
Yes, tapping away and tapping into, is a critical holistic skill for a more balanced life. While it’s not as easy as it sounds , for tapping away and into your healing energy can be both an emotional experience, yet the body regenerates itself in the journey of love & light.
Peace of calm Ease of soul Are two things I sense In these serene morning moments Whether it’s the weather here A gentle breeze & blissful cool Adding to it all, I know not But it’s a wonderful start…
Is the form you see Exactly the form I see Perhaps they differ In the way we choose to interpret.
Is form the mark of reality Does being formless makes it unreal Is form the contention To know the real and unreal.
Forms are shaped by intentions In dedication & deliberation. For forms become fleeting memories Perishing in the sands of time.
While the formless evolves in the heart Holding up to unfathomable faith They may live on in the silent knowing Of unspoken trust in the being.
Discernment of the forms In the inner recesses of the heart and the mind Waltzes the consciousness of the being In States of knowing ,of the truth of light
A light of wisdom That takes many forms Million times over To show the path of truth.
The path is lit As the steps are taken The forms manifest in the interactions Of vibrations in resonance.
Between these Illuminating illusions Of the form and formless What is real and unreal All are just reflections in the dimensions.
In the beam of even one moment of truth Is the convergence of envisioning Forms and formless become one Conveying the message safely home.
There is a dog somewhere nearby That is barking every once in a while It is not the usual bark and not a yelp either But I feel it’s something not ok Perhaps it is loneliness A yearning for a companion Or a little comfort & care. My heart aches to hear it every day And wants to help. But try as I might Yet, I am unable to find the dog. Till then , I hold my hand on my heart If it is a pain of some kind I pray that the pain goes away … I send a healing light To shift the energy & ease the dog.
Hiroyuki Sanada once said, “There are those who want a swimming pool in the house, while those who have one barely use it. Those who have lost a loved one feel a deep sense of loss, while others who hold them close often complain about them. Those who do not have a partner yearn for him, but those who have, sometimes do not value him. The hungry would give anything for a plate of food, while the well-fed complains about the taste. The one who doesn’t have a car dreams, while the one who has one is always looking for a better one. The key is to be grateful, look carefully at what we have and understand that somewhere, someone would give everything for what you already have and don’t appreciate.”
1. Sit less duration in the same position. Avoid long duration of sitting or lying down, choose to walk and move more
2. Strengthen your spine with exercises and especially for back muscles .
3 Straighten your posture and align your spine whenever you find yourself slouching
4. Sleep well using the right kind of mattress . If you sleep sideways, support your back and hip alignment with pillows between your legs while sleeping.
5. Stretch and move often to make the back supple.
Take care of your back and it will have your back all of your life.
