Evolution happens in the changes that are a precussor to transformation.
A conscious unshackling of patterns of thought brings forth new and diverse ways of thinking. Every now and then a diversity acknowledges new associations and breeds creativity.
A deliberate action that reaches out far and wide to step out of conventional thought patterns is never easy especially as most often humans like to feel safe and secure in comfort of knowing of a stability.
Change can be unsettling and startling for most…
To accept and acclamatize in the new shifts.
As humans much of our creativity is often boxed in association of concepts and experiences and their correlation.
To creates new spaces for light is to step up in the gamut of creativity there need to be, a dare into the unknown that explores dimensions beyond.
A teacher gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The teacher then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon. At that point, the teacher told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon. The teacher said to the students: “These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people’s happiness, we’ll find ours too.” May your day be filled with happiness. ❤️
At Techno Pacific University, a speaker asked a woman among the audience:
“Does your husband keep you happy?”
The husband, sitting nearby, straightened up confidently. The reason was, his wife had never complained about him. He was happy.
However, the wife clearly said, “No, my husband doesn’t keep me happy.”
The husband was shocked, but the wife continued:
“My husband hasn’t kept me happy. He hasn’t made me happy. But I am happy. My happiness doesn’t depend on him. It’s up to me. Whether I am happy is a matter concerning myself.”
“Being happy at every stage of life is my decision. If I depend on others for my happiness, or on certain things, or certain moments, it means I am in big trouble.”
“Everything around us keeps changing. People, wealth, my body, temperature, my boss, pleasures, friends, my physical and mental health, all of it. It’s a long list.”
“No matter what happens, being happy is my decision. Whether I have a lot or a little, my happiness doesn’t diminish. Whether I go out or stay at home, whether I am poor or rich, my happiness doesn’t diminish.”
“I was happy before marriage, and I remain happy after. I am happy about myself because I am happy with myself.”
“I love my life not because it is easier than others’ lives, but because I have decided to be personally happy. I am responsible for my happiness.”
“When I hold this as a decision in my mind, I remove the burden from others to make me happy. This makes everyone’s life easier. That is why my life has been happy for so many years.”
The applause didn’t stop.
Don’t assign the responsibility of keeping you happy to others.
Whether it’s sunny or rainy, you are unwell, poor, injured, or unloved, do not give up the happiness within your mind.
As long as you respect yourself wholeheartedly, you will find happiness within yourself.
Mentoring can be beneficial to both the Mentor and the mentee.
While helping in some realistic goal setting it puts things in perspective, A mentor offers emotional support in challenging situations for the mentees so they can begin to identify the root of the problems and come up with solutions. Mentors aid them through coping strategies as well when things don’t happen on time.
Good mentors will help develop resilience and trust in one another thus enabling the bouncing back in difficult situations. And most of all bringing clarity on importance of balancing work and other parts of life and relationships helps unload the feeling of overwhelm that many mentees may be experiencing.
But it is also equally important for Mentors to take care of their wellbeing. so that they can create a positive experience through the process for themselves as much as their mentees.
Belief is an act of invoking wisdom. Trust in waiting is true acceptance. Allowing is an act giving in faith Receiving in humility balances the ego.
Trust and believe in the infinite abundance Allow yourself to give and receive Let your intentions be guided in goodwill and grace. Abundance manifests!
A slice of life Poets may carve with words… Emerging from life experiences Lived or observed. Poets may offer fresh perspectives Embedded in words in a flow…
In Poets, empathy makes you sense and relate with compassion, It makes you feel one with another. Yet the poet is strategic as to be a poem the verses need to be well thought as much as well felt, as words manage to touch another soul.
