What is it that powers and energizes our movements?
What calms and eases us in.
All is, in the flow…
Of our breath in this now.

And how it can flow enveloping  and encompassing,
Connecting and complementing each other like an elegant dance!In the inhale and exhale

All is in the learning
To flow and dance with life!
In Synchrony!
