Trying to win is good
But when that very trying
Is consuming the life out of you
Would you think it over?
We teach ourselves
To try and try until we win
But there is always a point of tipping over.
Knowing when to bend so you do not break
Is a lesson in letting go…
When you are able to discern the detachment dispassionately
When you are able to rise beyond comparisons & competitions
When you are able to sense the contentment in what you have
You are meeting your true Self
For you are able to acknowledge in acceptance
The truth of what truly matters
In the learning to let go
You have witnessed there is abundance
In the circles of being there is always more
What is, was and will be
Always has a reason yet to understand
There is wisdom in the letting go!
