It could  be a moment , an instant  or a day..

Simply centering  without  distractions

It’s all in this here and now…

Energy  flows where the attention  is!


In this space of between  and betwixt

Is where there is no time

For it is irrelevant.

And what matters is this Now!

    Such words move me. I once heard that the past and future are both happening now, since now is all there is. The past it a memory arising in the present and the future an anticipated thought arising now.

    So true, Life can only be lived in the now… to focus on anything else if folly… Consider, your expectation must be High but, you must be partners with Holy Spirit to achieve .. for you by yourself are not a creator
