In trustfulness
In trusting the divine will
Life manifests its flow
Come what may
Destiny and fate
Turns in favour
Of the steadfast faith
All bearing witness
To so many inexplicable miracles
Of mystical manifestations.

Sometimes, when things terrible happen, you realize, it is not your faith that protects you, but rather you ability to hold on to faith in face the face of suffering.
Faith does not shield us from suffering, it helps us get through it.
