Looking at the fan like spread of this plant

Got me thinking of how wonderous

Are nature’s way of showing

Us how to live ….

In its arrangement of structure

There is a trustful abundance

Of spreading and expanding

Without fear and constraint

Yet deeply rooted to the core .

I just felt like cherishing this lesson.

I decided to take a photograph

In inspecting the picture closer

I was inspired to see the beautiful flow

Of so many shades and hues of colours

In those unassuming fan shaped leaves.

How much more subtly can nature say

Live life flowing in such a graceful way.
