Common sense

Common sense

In life and living simply knowing when to say, share, pause, or even stop is an art of mindful living.
Just as you may know to seize an opportunity. Sometimes even good relationships are lost because of sharing unsolicited advice & information.
So it is important to see subtle indifference to glaring signs of disinterest and change this way of dealing with people especially with customers.

Pesky Habit of Pushing Forwards.

On the subject of Forwards especially through WhatsApp, all of us may have been having this kind of meaningless forwards come our way from acquaintances. Some of them sharing every kind of isms there is! So here are words that need to be said. From a customer
To all who share endless forwards
A checkpoint in goodwill.
Every WhatsApp forward can be disturbing or distracting for another no matter the content.
Please remember to think twice before polluting an already crowded cyberspace.
There is enough knowledge out there to find if one wants to, anything at all!
In business, sometimes clients are lost because of these unsolicited shares. If you find that a client is not responding to your share by acknowledging it, then please discontinue bombarding them with your forwards every day.
Perhaps it will help save you a client. 😇Instead, how about being creative and enterprising instead? Why not write a blog, express and share your heart away. Those who identify will always check in. And you would be only happier for you will feel it’s worth your while.
At least you will have it all together in one place.

Have you had experiences of endless forwards coming your way?
How do you manage it?
Do you feel overwhelmed or even delete it without opening it?
Do you feel bombarded with all kinds of unsolicited forwards every time? Do share your views on this.

Ethics & Conscience

To get ahead no matter the consequences

Not bothering to care

Not caring to understand

Not understanding to reach out

Not reaching out to help

Not helping as there is lack of knowing how.

Fumbling through life without focus

Fudging grades in education

Feeling one as more important than another.

Favoritism nepotism

Ego raising its ugly head.

Corrupt practices, red tapism at work

Muddling & messing with others

Lack of knowledge of what matters

Until it all comes back to haunt

This is the truth of life lived without ethics.

This attitude is the root cause of the collapse of a collective conscience of a community.

Interestingly while writing this post I happened to come across this beautiful quote below by Mahatma Gandhi in a post by Beth

https://wp.me/p27iYj-55m.

What is the answer?

Educating hearts as much as educating minds.

As there is no one without the other.
