I enjoy simplifying  complexity

For I do believe simplicity  

Is just complexity  turned upside down

And perhaps knotted and twisted at times.

All it needs is an untangling.

In thoughts words and deeds.

While the mind may  play games

Simply speaking  from the heart

Seeing with the heart

Feeling the sensations that emnate from the heart

Will  release the unnecessary knots

And create a path of clarity.
