Live Life Lovingly!

Simple ways to live well.

Had saved this nice list left by some thoughtful person of little things that matter!

Love this, as a beautiful reminder with great perspectives on Life and Living.

How many can we tick today?

  2. How do I live life, one would ask?… well, for beginners if I am fortunate enough to wake up on the green side of the grass, I don’t have a list (other than chores to do and a grocery list), we just greet the day and “play it by ear”… 🙂

“Every morning your have two choices: continue to sleep with your dreams, or wake up and chase them.”

    • Well said and true especially about greeting the day and playing it by ear👌 so to say 😊. Yet there is no denying the effect of a positive set of words, they help heal and motivate us and help beat procrastination at times, give clarity and may be even good for a laugh !!!
They may come through in the form of a share, through a lovely quote or a beautiful inspiring book … Worth noting and acknowledging it for at times they may turn life around for the better. 😊

      • I do agree, sharing thoughts through words can open ones mind and learn more about oneself and the rest of the world… ““The life I touch for good or ill will touch another life, and that in turn another, until who knows where the trembling stops or in what far place my touch will be felt.” Frederick Buechner

However, I do not have a list I check every morning to guide me through the day… 🙂 for instance, I am here sharing thoughts with you because I wish to be, not because you are on a list, either on or off the internet… 🙂

But I do agree, words and thoughts can inspire a person, hopefully for the better… 🙂

“When you are truly inspired by some great purpose, some extraordinary project… your mind transcends its limitations, your consciousness expands in every direction, and you find yourself in a new, great and wonderful world! Then those dormant forces, faculties and talents inside you become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than you ever dreamed yourself to be.” Patanjali “

  3. I live in the moment every day. I have no list, but do what seems to be the right thing at any given time. It doesn’t always end up being the right thing, honestly, but my intentions in doing what I do are always coming from the right mindset of leaving a small footprint on the earth and its people so to speak. I am human, so I do what is right for me, but that doesn’t mean it is right for others. I live in Southern California and we have a high incidence of criminal activity here, and so sometimes I need to take action, and sometimes it is people living close to me who happen to be those engaged in criminal activities (the word drugs pretty much spells it out). I have been involved with criminal justice activities as a volunteer and I have a degree in that (I was going to be a professional mentor/advocate for juvenile delinquents, but because of my age and the danger involved in that, I am going to be instead a mentor/advocate for foster children, particularly in their educational needs.) So life goes on day by day and I think we all are human and do the best we can in any given time. But in my mind, if we consciously think about what we are doing and the repercussions of such action, we will likely be doing the right thing.

    • Yes indeed ! We are only human and we can strive to do the best we can … in conscious awareness, like you mention. I do believe our intuitive side speaks to us from within , it is an internal compass that guides us when and if we are ready to listen to it .
Truly insightful to read about all your life and activities both past and present.
So much answers are within in the seeking to evolve for the better.
The onus is truly on us!

      • In my Silent Eye Mystery School studies that I am involved with, Savvy, I am trying to think about what the ancient ones would have been thinking about and how they lived their daily lives. This is not a new train of thought for me because of having a degree in Archaeology and having worked in the field. But it is still a fascinating thing to think on because today our lives are so full of so many things that the ancient ones never had to deal with and so many things to distract us on every level. When I have worked in the schools, I have seen the young people so distracted as in the story 1984 by George Orwell, I am surprised that they can accomplish anything at all. And it is becoming the way in society. So as we go through our lives, living in the moment and trying to do what is right, these are things I have been wondering about the ancient ones. They did create a lot of amazing things that are so connected with the earth and the universe as a whole, and that seems to be a rarity today.

Life is full of wonder on the everyday level, and I wonder how much we will understand in our short visit here. Thank you for the beautiful wisdom and writing you bring to us every day. It is really like getting life vitamins for inspiration and good energy!

        • Your line of thoughts struck a deep chord in me and I share a few lines on ‘Wonder’
To delve deeper than what’s visible in contemplation
To care to discover the mystery in anticipation.
To appreciate with discernment than discrimination.
To witness the unfolding in patience of observation.
Only a heart and mind that is willing to acknowledge …
Unearths the undiscovered gifts of life..
As the heart widens its gamut of being
          The horizon uncovers the abundance
Yes all the beauty is in the eyes of the beholder
And Life is full of awe and wonder
For wonder reveals the soul of the being.
You can read this fully here in my post today…

Thank you for all your shares Anne about your life and experiences… So honoured to know you enjoy reading my works here. Our thoughts and creative manifestations are interlinked in the power of the interconnects that courses through us all.
In deep belief in the power of words, if ones words are to make a positive difference, I simply feel one must let them go in all the authenticity and goodwill of the moment. Lots of good energies to us all.
