With a great sense of humor

A smile playing on their faces

And steel in their nerves

It is all about their organisation

Of things that matter on priority

And the ability to delegate

That makes things happen.

One person cannot accomplish

As much as a team of people

Dedicated to a purpose

Built by a determined leader.

Who believes, ‘I can’

For then the quantity of work
