You will adapt as you cannot control everything, some things are unavoidable and sooner you acknowledge it the better.

Show They Have the Most Stressful
‘Job’ of All Taking Care of All These Needs
Yes Servant Leaders They are to Lift Their
Team up For Basic Survival and Thriving too
Surely
Not to
Divide
Conquer
Dragging Them
Versus Us Down
Sadly Some Human
Leaders And Those Who Follow
Have Yet to Learn These Lessons
Well of Course the Entire Group
Pays the
Price in
Ignorance
of the Value

Very true. Hard hitting but valuable learnings on leadership . But actually speaking if a leader realises that there is no leader without a follower , leaders will begin to value the role and the significance of humility as much as humanity.
