On Leadership

Simple is the way

To excellence in leadership

To lead without jargon

And cliched buzzwords

To lead is to practice consistency

In actions that evokes trust

To lead is not about being perfect

But being human & accountable

To lead is to own the misses

And strive to turn it around

And better the self every day

To lead is to value commitment

And raise the bar of excellence

Growing personally  & professionally.

SMiLes From What i’ve Seen and Experienced
Dear Savvy Servant Leadership With Empathy

And Compassion Yes That Gives Shares Cares
And Heals With Most Respect And Least Harm

    Surely Could Relate

    Perhaps to a Priest or
    Pastor Doctor or Nurse

    And A Parent And Most
    Anyone Else Who Wants

    To Lead With Humanity
    Yes With Collaboration

    And Cooperation
    These Leaders

    Truly Standout
    And Indeed

    Even Chimps
    Select Leaders
    Even Measured
    By Science With
    The Most Empathy
    And Compassion With

    The Ability to Cooperate

And Not Just With Brute Force

Sadly More and More in Human Societies
As HiSToRY Also Shows Humans Fall to

    Authoritarian Ways of Leadership That

Take Instead of Give Hoard Instead of Share

Harm Callously Rather Than Heal With Care

Indeed Some Folks Are More In Touch With
Their Inner Angels Than Demons ThiS WaY

    And Sadly
    Some Folks
    Will Even

    Celebrate
    Leaders in
    The Dark

    of Humanity too
    When This Happens
    There is Always Hope
    That Folks Will Move Over

    to the
    LIGHT
    From DarK

    Of course it Starts
    With All of Us Leading
    Ourselves Within First

    to Select Leaders like this

    too

    For an
    ‘Audacity of Hope’…:)

“Lead without jargon” is underrated advice. Most trust breaks don’t come from complexity, they come from obscuring responsibility.
