Dear Savvy Some Years Ago Then Reading Books
By “Thich Nhat Hanh” In Barnes and Noble While
Dancing A Meditative Flow Listening to Meditative Music
So Focused Then and Now While Never Lending an
Eye or Ear to the Star Bucks Cafe Crowd
As is my Sunday Afternoon Routine
Finishing a Book in About an Hour
For Over 11 Years Now Yet Through
A Flowing Meditative Dance Every Move
of my Body Beyond my View And Hearing
of Eyes and Ears Communicates A Peaceful
Flow of Energy to the College Study Crowd
Sitting Still in Front of their Computer Screens
And actually Living Inside them as i Silently Invite
Them to Come out
of the Shells
And Flow
With Butterfly
Wings on Terrestrial Land
It’s True a Human in Balance
ThiS Way Will ‘Defy Gravity’ in
A Way on Solid Ground With or
Without Smiles Focused in a Book too
While Experiencing A Plateau of Peak Experiences
In Flow Connecting in an Interbeing far Beyond What
May Possibly
Be Described
In Words As Forever
And a Day Becomes
Now Forevermore
Yes Eternally
Now For Real
Wide AWake
in So Many
Ways Beyond
All Human Symbols
And Ideologies to Relate..:)
