from 1983 when me and my Sister and Mother Were
All taking a Class in Sociology Named “The Family”
As Provided by Professor
“Ray Oldenburg” Who also
Wrote the Book Named “The
Third Place” about Warm Gatherings
of Human Beings away from Work and Home
Anyway my Mother and Sister Graduating for Social Work
Yet with a Triple Major of 3 Degrees wondering why it was so
easy to take the information in and ace the Multiple Choice tests
requiring really only excellent Rote Memory conversely with No real
Skills in Presenting what i Learned either orally or in writing too Yet Not
Realizing without words until 4 i was born on the Autism Spectrum without
Diagnosis till later far away from School and Work at 47 Yet figuring Out the Work
And Play Arounds to Bring
My Greatest weaknesses then
Into my Most Productive Strengths
As my Mother Gave Up Her entire Federal
Civil Service Retirement Mostly in administrative
support of the Military Mission to do what she dreamed to
Do of Helping
Folks in the
Field of
Social Work
