On Meditation

Meditation can help us embrace our worries, our fear, our anger; and that is very healing. We let our own natural capacity of healing do the work. Thich Nhat Hanh

Perhaps often we need reminders
Of our own potential strengths
The capacity to heal from within
That we understand so little of.

Perhaps we haven’t yet explored
The depth of the gift of life we have
To understand the possibilities
Of the infinite abundance within us.

Perhaps we need to seek & connect
To our core being to heal ourselves
Trusting our body and mind
To learn and unlearn the paths
To thrive than just survive.

The art of meditation is a catalyst for growth and change for the better. Where thoughts become still in practice when human differences are welcome and perspectives are valued.

We allow ourselves to have patience and support, to be as we are, in witness mode flowing through life’s many moments in equanimity.

We begin to understand & develop resilience from within, to not be jarred in the rough times and acknowledge the truth our own being.

Would like to extend an invite to a group called Connected that I have created on Insight Timer a beautiful space for meditation.

The art is of meditation has many forms of meditation. And each has its own set of practitioners. The regular practice of meditation is significant for our holistic wellbeing. However like every habit it needs an intention and discipline and in time it become an awareness in flow.
