The root of words and deeds starts in our head, in our thoughts. So our thoughts are very potent and mighty – they may have good or bad effects that is why it is so important to be aware of our thoughts – in which direction they – do they radiate violence or love and kindness, are their motives selfish or selfless. We people often may think that if there is a barrier between thoughts and words or between thoughts and deeds – all is ok, no matter what we think, but this is just an illusion – as the drop is merged with the ocean, we are all one and all connected with each other, so even our single thoughts are not separated, do not have a wall between heads and heads – they also follow the law of cause and effect and produce ripples of good or bad contents.
Here we all need to be cautious what we think… the boomerang effect is already waiting…

Waves can be emanated/emitted from one source, and then conveyed to
others by action (mind’s works). Each of us is able to identify oneself
by choices in the end.
Yes and the confluence that enables harmonious flow of prana improving structural alignments easing the body movements with grace and optimizing the mental resources .
There is one important thing: Ida and Pingala, those two nadies, they end into the astral and causal plane, but the center nadi, the midway, is called Shukmana nadi, that transcends above the cause and effect of the world. When we through it, we will enter above the cause and effect of the world and above the causal plane. Where the world philosophies end, there the religion starts (religion of love). So the teaching that is taught by all competent Masters does not end with the astral and the causal plane (and even not with the super-causal plane). We have to rise above the cause and effect of the world, then we reach the pure region where no matter and dust exists, just pure spirit or consciousness, this plane is called “Sach Khand”.
